On this week’s edition of The RedZone, the crew starts off discussing the Redbird Volleyball hot streak, as well as the preseason MVC polls for the women’s and men’s basketball teams (1:00-16:35). The undefeated Normal Community Ironmen and head coach Jason Drengwitz take on Normal West in the chili bowl. Coach Drengwitz joined the show to discuss this years ironmen team and the upcoming match against West (16:40-30:35). News and Sports guest Gavin Broderick joined for the second half of the show and brought some knowledge about his Detroit Lions (30:37-47:55). Lastly, the show ends with the weekly pick-six segment, where the standings are the closest we’ve seen in recent years (48:00-57:06)
