Student Fitness Center Starbucks Opens Once Again

NORMAL Ill – At Illinois State University, a second Starbucks location has reopened after being closed for over two years.

The location is now open in the Student Fitness Center at Illinois State University.

Olivia Lewellen, a worker at the Student Fitness Center Starbucks says that it took so long to reopen because they had a lack of staff available to run it. “I worked at the Bone Center Starbucks before, but as we reopened the other Starbucks, they moved me to work at the new one.”

Lewellen also claims that this Starbucks has yet to be incredibly busy. She says that between class hours it can get rushed, but very often the lines are short and so is the wait time. Lewellen notes that at the Student Bone Center Starbucks the line was almost always full and backed up.
