NORMAL Ill.- A local health and fitness club has continued to keep their community close and provide service to it’s members.
“We are a family gym and truly miss our members,” said Workout Company owners Carl and Carol Clover.
To help members stay focused on their health and fitness goals and keep our community close, The Workout Company has created a private social media group, where they encourage and support members virtually.  They answer any questions members may have and share health and fitness tips with them.
“We have free virtual workouts that we have shared with our members and would like to share with the entire community,” said the Clovers.
Some of these workouts require equipment and some don’t.  People can find these workouts on The Workout Company Facebook page.
They are Les Mills workouts that they typically offer at the gym.
“Our hope is people will try these online workouts, love them and once we re-open try some of our classes in person,” said the Clovers.
The Workout Company is also offering a lending library for their members, where members took equipment home to use for their workouts.

“This was a huge hit and it has been incredible seeing our members posting their post-workout pictures in our group.  Seeing their faces truly brings us joy,” said the Clovers

The Workout Company is invested in it’s members’ journeys and wants to be a resource to them.
“We look forward to the day we may re-open The Workout Company, but until then will serve our members virtually any way we can,” said the Clovers.
