Fit4MOM’s Valentine’s Day Party

NORMAL, ILL.- There isn’t much more you can ask for than a fitness group that encourages you to bring your kids with.
Fit4MOM is a fitness program that does not require a baby sitter.
Community Manager Alicia Wheeler said the program started about a year ago.
“Fit4MOM is a work out program that is designed for moms in all stages of motherhood,” said Wheeler. “We have work outs with kids in their strollers.”
For Valentine’s Day, the group is hosting a party bag for everyone, plenty of opportunities to win prizes and activities for everyone.
For the kids, there will be bouncy houses and a decoration station for their bags that will hold their treats in.
Wheeler said this is the second time they will be doing this event.
The event is open to non-members of Fit4MOM as well.
“We’re just really excited for the event. It’s a great way to reach the community and to get moms together,” said Wheeler.
“That’s really important for moms who start having kids to meet other people going through those same life experiences.”
The Valentine’s Day party is going to be from 10 a.m. until 11:15 on Feb. 14 in the Old Navy Wing of the Eastland Mall.
