What is TourBus? All You Need to Know About DESTIHL Brewery’s Summer Concert Series

NORMAL, Ill.– As the summer is drawing to a close, DESTIHL Brewery’s TourBus Concert Series is still ongoing and bringing local entertainment weekly.

DESTIHL has put on shows since 2023 and has hosted local artists to perform primarily during the summer months. Shows take place outdoors in the Beer Hall lawn and shift to the Barrel Room in the winter months.

“The shows are free to attend! We have patio tables and chairs on the lawn available on a first-come first-serve basis. Guests can feel free to bring their own lawn chairs or picnic blankets to enjoy the show,” Design and Media Manager Jeremy Christy said.

DESTIHL has a wide variety of artists that come to perform regularly, such as Chicago Farmer and Dan Hubbard. When it comes to a specific genre, all forms of music are welcomed in order to appeal to a wider audience

These artists perform every Friday and Saturday evening from 6-8 p.m., with a few shows on Sundays and Wednesdays during the summer months. Being able to stage a wide range of artists during this time frame excites Christy. 

“To be able to give so many talented artists a place to perform is awesome, and to provide our guests a wide variety of genres of free live music to enjoy is even better,” Christy said.

The next performance in this series is Friday, August 26, when Lunar Ticks will take the stage.
