On this week’s episode of Second Look, WZND’s Joey Delahunty and Jaden Cohn took a look at the upcoming mayoral election from several different angles.
The show opened with an interview between WZND’s Courtney Conroy and Normal mayoral candidate Kathleen Lorenz. Lorenz is also a town council member, and hopes to bring new leadership to the town. (1:02 – 7:54)
Next, Jaden sat down with Bloomington mayoral candidate and former state representative Dan Brady at a WGLT Open Forum held on March 11. (8:36 – 12:12)
After that, we heard more from the WGLT Open Forum with Paige Buschman, the Associate Director of Redbird Vote about the importance of getting involved in local politics. (13:05 – 19:30)
