Illinois State Volleyball Looks to Improve to 3-1 during Michigan Roadtrip

Illinois State Volleyball heads to The Wolverine State this weekend for two matches against Central Michigan and one against Eastern Michigan.

The Redbirds are coming off two wins and a loss in the Seton Hall Tournament this past weekend. The Redbirds took on Seton Hall on Friday, falling 3-0.The Redbirds then went on to beat the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Fairleigh Dickinson University both 3-0.

Coming off the weekend, Ruth Ziegler leads the team in kills with 28. Audrey Clark leads the team in assists with 44. Ella Craggs leads the team in aces with four. Logan Grevengoed leads the team in blocks with six. Samantha Bunch leads the team in digs with 18.

Central Michigan has started off the season 0-4, losing to Montana 0-3, Omaha 0-3, Washington State 0-3 and Oakland 1-3. Eastern Michigan has started off the season 3-0, beating Northern Illinois 3-2, Southern Indiana 3-1, and Murray State 3-0.

The Illinois State Redbirds will look to improve their record to 3-1 this weekend.
