Floyd Brown Pleads Not Guilty

A grand jury has indicted Floyd Brown, the man who allegedly shot and killed Special Deputy U.S. Marshal Jacob Keltner on March 7th, with three offenses.
Two of the offenses are related to firearms, but the primary charge is murder of a federal law enforcement officer.
At an arraignment on Wednesday, Brown plead not guilty to all three charges.
According to U.S. Attorney John Lausch, these are only the initial charges as this investigation is ongoing.
