NORMAL- On Wednesday night, Illinois State University hosted the annual Winterfest 2018: Discover campus life, in the Bone Student center.

The fair featured Student organizations, Greek Life, giveaways, a photo booth and much more. The event is put together to show students what life on ISU’s campus is all about.

“Sometimes it can be hard to find things to do on campus, this event really helped me find clubs that interest me all in one place,” Event attendee, Dejah Burton said about her experience at the fair.

“It is the spring version of Festival of ISU,” Amy Miller, a Student Activities and Involvement Specialist for the Dean of Students Office said to describe the event.

Despite the change of location, one thing that Festival of ISU and Winterfest have in common is the Student Registered Organization (RSO) and Greek Life involvement.

“It is a fair for new students to find a way to get involved on campus. We have over 400 RSO’s that they can get involved with,” Miller continued.

“If students were not able to attend the event, they can get more information by dropping by the Student Activities and Involvement office in the Student Services Building,” Miller added.
