BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police say a suspect is on the loose after an attempted to process a fraudulent and forged prescription.

According to a Press Release, a male suspect entered a local pharmacy and attempted to process a fraudulent and forged prescription. The suspect is described as a tall white male with brown hair and 18 to 25-years of age.

BPD say that if you have information about the crime, to contact Officer Fanelli at 309-820-8888. If you would like to remain anonymous please call McLean County Crime Stoppers at 309-828-1111.

Bloomington Police say if your call leads to the arrest and indictment of a suspect, you may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
