Bloomington Police continue to investigate armed robbery

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police are still looking to identify two suspects in an armed robbery case early Wednesday evening.

According to a Press Release, BPD responded to the 1300 Block of N. Main St. for an report of an armed robbery. BPD say that it was reported early Wednesday afternoon that the victim was making a delivery on Ginger Trail St., when two male suspects displayed knives, and demanded money from the victim.

BPD say that the suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled S. on foot.

BPD added that they are asking the community’s help in identifying two black males, 18-22 years of age.

No injuries were reported from the incident.

BPD encourage that the investigation is ongoing, anyone with information is asked to contact BPD Detective Matt Dick at (309) 434-2475 or mdick@cityblm.org.
